Bhupender Singh is an internationally experienced business executive known for his expertise in digital transformation, operational strategy, and large-scale service delivery. At Teleperformance, he held a series of top leadership roles: he first led the group’s digital transformation, then became Deputy Chief Executive Officer in June 2023. The company later put him, together with founder Daniel Julien, into a co-CEO operating structure through December 31, 2025, before announcing that Singh would become sole Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2026. He was also elected to Teleperformance’s Board by shareholders in April 2023. Before joining Teleperformance in 2018, Singh was CEO of Intelenet, a services outsourcing company that Teleperformance acquired that same year. That role gave him deep hands-on experience in scaling service operations, integrating acquisitions, and creating value in digitally enabled business services. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton, which helped shape his strategic mindset and his ability to manage complex transformations. He holds degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. At Teleperformance, Singh became closely associated with the company’s transition from a customer experience management business into a more sophisticated global digital business services group. He oversaw transformation-oriented teams focused on technology, analytics, processes, and value-added digital solutions, supporting the company’s broader effort to industrialize innovation and expand its strategic offer. His career reflects a hybrid leadership profile: part strategist, part operator, and part transformation architect. That combination has made him a central figure in Teleperformance’s governance evolution and long-term growth journey.
