Insider buying, read at the source

Insiders Trades collects the filings that company insiders must publish in 37 markets (AMF, SEC Form 4, BaFin, SIX SER, RNS, SEDI, Consob, CNMV, ASX, EDINET, DART, HKEX and others). Every filing lands in one format: the insider's role, the amount converted to euros, the date it was made public and a link to the original document. On top of that you get a ranking, a screener, a REST API and an MCP server.

Corrected backtest 2022-2026Q1: 12.5%/yr for the ranking, 9.3%/yr for the STOXX Europe 600 on the same dates. We publish every test, including the ones that go against us, with the method needed to reproduce it, on the Track record page.

The founder

Insiders Trades was created by Simon Azoulay, who designs and builds all of it: the collection of filings from each regulator, the score and the site itself.

Status

The free account is open to everyone. Paid plans open with payments, and the waitlist is on the pricing page. The site runs on our own server in Paris.
