About
Insiders Trades Sigma is an independent insider-transaction intelligence platform. It normalises 43 regulators (AMF, SEC Form 4, BaFin, SIX SER, RNS, SEDI, Consob, CNMV, AFM, FSMA, Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, ASX, FMA, Dublin, among others) into one open schema, computes a composite Sigma score, and exposes everything through a REST API, MCP server, and free historical backtest.
Validated selection skill: residual t=5.70 / 2.84 on two out-of-sample windows. The score ranks insider buys better than chance, but the edge sits below transaction costs: a screen, not net alpha. All caveats are documented in the methodology.
Radical transparency: we also publish the point-in-time backtest that does not flatter us (audit 169). Windows, deflated Sharpe and quantified biases live on /performance.
Insiders Trades Sigma was created by Simon Azoulay, founder and creator of the platform. He designs and builds all of it: the multi-regulator ingestion, the scoring model and the product experience.
The service is in private beta, early access by invitation. Hosted on Vercel Inc.
All Sigma Journal editorial coverage is bylined by the team unless explicitly stated otherwise. For calculation methodology, see the methodology and the documentation.
