Agustin Grisanti currently holds a senior leadership role at Teleperformance as Chief Executive Officer EMEA and APAC. In that capacity, he oversees one of the company’s most important geographic clusters, spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. This role places him at the center of Teleperformance’s global delivery model, supporting customer experience services, digital operations, and business process outsourcing activities across a broad international footprint. Before taking on this regional CEO position, Grisanti held several high-responsibility roles within Teleperformance. He previously served as Group Global Chief Operating Officer and as President for Ibero-LATAM, and later as Chief Operating Officer of Core Services. Earlier in his Teleperformance career, he also held country and regional leadership positions in Latin America, including CEO of Teleperformance Cono Sur, after having been Chief Financial Officer of Teleperformance Argentina. These roles gave him end-to-end exposure to the company’s financial, operational, and commercial priorities. His pre-Teleperformance background is rooted in consulting and finance. He worked at Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, and at Hermes Management Consulting before joining the group. Teleperformance states that he holds a degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. That mix of economics, advisory experience, and executive management has positioned him as a leader with both analytical depth and practical operating discipline. Within Teleperformance, Grisanti has been associated with major priorities such as business transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and synergies across markets.
