Mehdi Ghissassi is an experienced technology executive and a recognized artificial intelligence leader. He currently serves as an independent director of Teleperformance and chairs the Board’s AI and Innovation Committee. Born on 24 April 1982 and holding Moroccan, French and British nationalities, he brings to the group a distinctive blend of product leadership, strategic vision and deep expertise in large-scale digital transformation. Teleperformance has highlighted his profile as especially valuable for strengthening the Board’s capabilities in AI, cyber risk, innovation and data privacy. Ghissassi joined Google in 2012, where he contributed to enterprise-focused product development, including work within Google Cloud, and supported the expansion of digital products in emerging markets across Africa and Southeast Asia.
