These terms govern the use of the InsiderTrades Sigma web application and API (the "Service"), operated by the Insiders Trades Sigma team. By accessing the Service you accept these terms without reservation. The Service is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Publisher identity is available on request at contact@insiders-trades.com (Art. 6 LCEN exemption, applicable during the non-monetised private beta).
The Service aggregates public insider filings from 17 official sources: AMF (MAR Article 19, EU), SEC EDGAR Form 4 (Section 16, US), BaFin (Germany), SIX SER (Switzerland), RNS LSE (UK), SEDI (Canada, NI 55-104), CONSOB (Italy), CNMV (Spain), AFM (Netherlands), FSMA (Belgium), Oslo Børs (Norway), Nasdaq Helsinki, Nasdaq Stockholm, Nasdaq Copenhagen, ASX (Australia, Corporations Act s205G), FMA (Austria) and Euronext Dublin (Ireland). Signals are educational and do not constitute investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II / SEC Reg-IA.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, fraud, breach of these terms, or legal requirement, without prior notice in urgent cases.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. Historical performance (backtests) does not guarantee future results. No financial decision should rely exclusively on signals produced by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user over the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
