David Bourg holds a key position within the governance of JCDecaux SE, the global outdoor advertising leader listed on Euronext Paris. As a member of the Executive Board, he was appointed Group Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in January 2015. On 1 June 2025, his remit was broadened significantly when he became Group Chief Financial, IT and Operations Officer. This expansion of responsibilities underscores the company’s confidence in his ability to lead strategic functions that support performance, transformation and operational execution. A graduate of Institut d’Études Politiques, David Bourg has built a long international career within JCDecaux, developing deep expertise in finance, management control, organizational leadership and performance steering. Prior to his group-level role, he held senior responsibilities in several international regions, including the Middle East and Africa, where he helped manage business development across complex, multi-country markets. His background reflects a strong understanding of global operations, growth environments and the need for financial discipline. At JCDecaux, he has played an important role in strengthening the Group’s financial and administrative structure, and later in aligning finance, information systems and operations. His expanded remit in 2025 now also covers R&D, purchasing, supply chain, production, design, international operations and projects, indicating a more integrated approach to industrial and operational transformation. For a company active in more than 80 countries, this scope is critical to maintaining execution quality, agility and efficiency. David Bourg is therefore viewed as a trusted executive combining financial rigor, international exposure and strong organizational capabilities. His long-standing trajectory at JCDecaux makes him a central figure in the Group’s governance, particularly on cost control, process modernization and continuous performance improvement.
