Sophie Audebert is a seasoned French human resources executive with deep expertise in organizational transformation, employee relations, recruitment, and change management. She began her career in recruitment consulting before joining AGF, later Allianz, where she spent 15 years across a range of HR functions, including recruitment and labor relations, ultimately serving as Deputy HR Director. This early experience gave her a strong grounding in human capital management, leadership support, and social dialogue within a large, highly structured corporate environment. She joined Nexity in November 2008 as Deputy HR Director within the Lamy Services division. In 2011, she was appointed HR Director for the Services for Corporate Real Estate business line, where she supported several operational scopes during a period of growth and reorganization. In 2018, Nexity’s executive committee entrusted her with two strategic responsibilities: Secretary General of HR, responsible for coordinating HR matters across the group, and HR Director of the Holding company. These roles placed her at the center of Nexity’s HR governance and helped shape the deployment of group-wide policies across a complex organization. Since 2019, she has served as Group HR Director at Nexity. In this role, she has helped steer the company’s transformation toward an integrated services platform, strengthening organizational effectiveness and ensuring better alignment between business lines, teams, and performance priorities. Her remit also includes a strong focus on inclusion and gender balance. Under her leadership, Nexity highlighted major progress in the feminization of leadership bodies, including 54% female representation on the Executive Committee at the end of 2021, as well as initiatives such as mentoring, gender-mix clauses in recruitment contracts, and the internal Réso network dedicated to workplace equality. Her career reflects broad and highly relevant HR leadership experience in a listed company undergoing strategic transformation.
