Rémi Baert is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kumulus Vape, a French company specialized in e-cigarettes, e-liquids and related products. He created the business in 2012 in Corbas, near Lyon, and gradually developed it into a structured growth company that has become one of the leading names in the French vaping market. Under his leadership, Kumulus Vape has expanded around an e-commerce and distance-selling model, combining commercial expertise with a strong understanding of digital distribution and sector-specific know-how. Before founding Kumulus Vape, Baert built his career in sales and digital commercial roles. He held positions as a search sales director at iProspect / JH Conseil / Wsearch and previously worked as an associate director at Macadam Grafik. This background gave him experience in business development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth management, skills that later shaped his entrepreneurial approach. As head of Kumulus Vape, he has overseen the company’s key milestones, including its commercial scaling, its listing on Euronext in 2021, and several external growth moves designed to strengthen its national footprint. He has also promoted diversification initiatives such as Seconde Vape, a second-hand marketplace project. In public communications, Baert emphasizes innovation, responsible vaping, and the company’s role in offering a sustainable alternative to traditional smoking.
