KC McClure is a seasoned finance executive whose career is closely associated with Accenture plc, where she spent more than three decades in progressively senior leadership roles. Her most notable recent position was Chief Financial Officer, a role she held from January 2019 through November 2024. She then served as Senior Finance Advisor until her retirement in March 2025. Before becoming CFO, she led Accenture’s finance operations as Managing Director, served as Finance Director for the Communications, Media & Technology group, headed Investor Relations, and earlier was Finance Director for Health & Public Service. Over the course of her career at Accenture, she held a wide range of roles of increasing responsibility dating back to the late 1980s. Her background reflects deep expertise in corporate finance, investor communications, financial planning, and organizational transformation. As CFO, she oversaw core finance functions including controllers, treasury, tax, investor relations, and strategic planning and analysis, and worked closely with Accenture’s leadership during a period of strategic restructuring and business reinvention. In 2025, she joined the board of Goldman Sachs, underscoring her standing as a respected corporate governance and finance leader. She is a graduate of Penn State’s Smeal College of Business.
