Jean-Jacques Morin is a French senior executive known for his strong financial expertise, strategic mindset, and broad governance experience across major international groups. He has served as a director of Atos SE since January 2, 2024, and currently chairs the Audit Committee, a particularly important role as Atos continues its restructuring and financial recovery.
