Hervé Duchesne de Lamotte is a seasoned executive in listed-company governance and in the biotechnology and diagnostics sectors. At Eurobio Scientific, he serves as a Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He had previously been a member of the former Management Board since 2010 and became Group Chief Executive in 2019, with particular responsibility for mergers and acquisitions. His long tenure at Eurobio Scientific reflects deep familiarity with the company’s strategic, financial and industrial priorities. He brings more than 35 years of international finance experience, including roughly 30 years in biotechnology and diagnostics. Before joining Eurobio Scientific, he worked from 1981 to 1989 in project management roles for consulting firms in France and the United States, then moved into senior positions in asset-management companies in Paris. In 1991, he entered the pharmaceutical and biotechnology world as a co-founder of the IDM group, where he served as CFO for ten years across France, Canada and the United States.
