About GUILLAUME ROBIN

Guillaume Robin is a key figure in Thermador Groupe’s governance, where he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since June 30, 2011. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors since April 12, 2010, and his career is closely tied to the group’s development. He joined Thermador Groupe in 1999 as Sales Director of PBtub, which gave him first-hand experience of the company’s commercial model, customer base and operating culture before moving into top executive responsibilities. Before becoming Chairman and CEO, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Thermador Groupe from April 13, 2010 to June 30, 2011. That transition period positioned him at the center of the company’s strategic and managerial continuity. His earlier professional background is also noteworthy: from 1991 to 1998, he worked as Sales Manager for a subsidiary of the Descours et Cabaud group. Academically, he graduated in 1989 from UTC Compiègne engineering school with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering, and in 1991 earned a CESMA MBA from EM Lyon. This combination of engineering and business training has been a strong asset in leading an industrial and distribution-oriented listed group. At Thermador Groupe, Guillaume Robin leads a decentralized organization in which the 18 general managers of subsidiaries retain significant freedom to develop their businesses, while the parent company provides support and expertise in financial, non-financial, real estate, IT and legal matters. He chairs several subsidiaries, including Aello, Odrea, FGinox, Isocel, Jetly, Opaline, PBtub, Sectoriel, Sferaco, Syveco and Thermador. He also acts as permanent representative for Thermador Groupe on the boards of Axelair and DPI, serves as representative of Thermador Groupe and sole board member of Rousseau SA in Spain, and is the general representative of Odrea’s office in Shanghai. His leadership profile is associated with operational discipline, long-term value creation and close oversight of the group’s portfolio of businesses. He is also active in broader governance circles as a board member of the Middlenext association and a member of the steering committee of Lyon Place Financière, reflecting his standing among French listed-company executives.
