About ERIC MANTIONE
Eric Mantione is a long-standing executive within Thermador Groupe and one of the most seasoned leaders in the company’s decentralized governance model. He is currently Managing Director of PBtub, a role he has held since 1995, and has also served as Chairman of Thermacome since May 1, 2020. He joined Thermador Groupe in 1990 and has since become a deeply experienced operational leader, closely connected to the business, the teams and the execution requirements of a French specialist in technical distribution. Born in 1959 and a graduate of EM Lyon in 1982, he built his career on a strong foundation in sales leadership and regional management before joining the group. Prior to Thermador, he worked as Sales Manager for a subsidiary of the Descours et Cabaud group from 1982 to 1987, then as Regional Director for the Paris region at Hachette Groupe Livre from 1987 to 1990. This combination of commercial and regional management experience gave him a practical understanding of customer needs, sales performance and field execution. Within Thermador Groupe, Eric Mantione has contributed for more than three decades to the development of PBtub, a company active in technical solutions for fluid circulation. His career reflects the group’s core model: autonomy for subsidiaries, high accountability for managers, close proximity to markets, and the ability to build sustainable businesses within a demanding governance framework. As Chairman of Thermacome, he also helps ensure industrial and strategic consistency across a broader perimeter of the group. His professional path demonstrates recognized expertise in subsidiary management, B2B commercial development and the leadership of technical, value-added businesses. His long-term commitment, deep knowledge of the teams and markets, and managerial stability make him an important figure in the operational governance of Thermador Groupe.
