Ahmed Boukhelifa is a French video game executive, currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Studios at PULLUP Entertainment. He graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1995 and began his career at Ubisoft Entertainment in 1997, where he worked as a producer on the iconic Rayman franchise. That early experience placed him at the intersection of creative production, project coordination and large-scale game development for a globally recognized brand. In 2003, after overseeing the launch of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, he moved to Eden Games to support the development of Test Drive Unlimited. The game went on to be named Best Racing Game of the Year at the 2006 DICE Awards, strengthening Boukhelifa’s profile as an executive with deep expertise in racing titles and technically ambitious productions. In 2007, he co-founded Ivory Tower, a studio he led for more than 16 years. Under his leadership, Ivory Tower created The Crew in 2014, a franchise that became a major reference in online racing and was later integrated into Ubisoft in 2015. In 2023, Boukhelifa played a key role in the release of The Crew Motorfest, the latest installment in a franchise that has now surpassed 40 million players. His appointment to PULLUP Entertainment in April 2024 reflects a broader mandate: strengthening the group’s studio operations, supporting creative teams, and contributing to the long-term development of high-value intellectual properties. His career combines editorial vision, operational leadership and a strong understanding of how to build enduring game franchises. Boukhelifa is widely positioned as a seasoned industry professional with proven experience in studio management, AAA development and the growth of internationally successful video game brands.
