Willy Siret is a key executive in the governance of LNA Santé, the French healthcare and care-services group specializing in the support of vulnerable and dependent people. The son of founder Jean-Paul Siret, he joined the company in 1999 and steadily moved through operational responsibilities before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in June 2021. He also serves as a director and a member of the strategic committee, placing him at the center of the group’s long-term direction. Prior to becoming CEO, he held positions as operations director and group operations director, then was appointed deputy chief executive in charge of operations in 2009.
