Eduardo Rossi is a Brazilian business leader known for his expertise in corporate governance, asset management, family-owned businesses, and long-term investing. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Península Participações, the investment company of the Abilio Diniz family, and also chairs the Board of the Instituto Península, the group’s social arm focused on education and sport in Brazil. At Carrefour, he played an important governance role as Peninsula’s representative on the Board of Directors, helping oversee the company during a period of major strategic transformation. In March 2024, Carrefour’s Board co-opted him as a director, and in 2025 it proposed renewing his mandate for three years, until the Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2027.
