Christelle Rouillé is an experienced EDF Group executive, notably serving as the permanent representative of EDF Pulse Holding SAS on the board of McPhy Energy. Her career is closely aligned with EDF’s venture and innovation strategy, through EDF Pulse Ventures and EDF Pulse Holding, which are dedicated to cleantech, start-up investment and the energy transition. At McPhy Energy, she plays a governance role in a strategic context focused on financing, industrial scaling and supporting the growth of a company specialized in low-carbon hydrogen production and distribution equipment. Rouillé built her career over several decades within the EDF Group. She began in the International Division and later moved into sales as a Key Account Manager. In 2009, she joined EDF Énergies Nouvelles, the group’s renewable energy subsidiary, where she held management positions in partnerships and then business development across Europe and Asia for the operations and maintenance business. In 2017, she moved to the group’s New Business Management unit, which is responsible for identifying and accelerating future growth areas, where she served as Director of Strategy and Business Coordination. In April 2019, she founded Hynamics, an EDF subsidiary dedicated to low-carbon hydrogen solutions for industry and mobility, and became its Chief Executive Officer. This appointment marked a major milestone in her career, placing her at the center of decarbonization efforts, industrial innovation and the structuring of complex energy projects. Her expertise spans commercial development, strategic partnerships, business building and the deployment of large-scale low-carbon solutions.
