BEES is the personal holding company of Béatrice Dumurgier, a board member of Peugeot Invest. Within the company’s governance framework, she was first appointed as an independent director in 2022, and in 2025 her holding company BEES was co-opted to continue her seat on the Board. She also served in senior executive roles at BlaBlaCar, including Chief Operating Officer and CEO of BlaBlaBus, before joining BlackFin Capital Partners as Senior Advisor and later being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Believe SA. At Peugeot Invest, this background strengthens BEES’ credibility on transformation, growth and capital allocation topics.
