Emmanuel Pujol is an experienced executive in the renewable energy sector and currently serves as Regional CEO – Americas at Neoen. He joined the company in 2013 as Deputy Director of International Development, following an earlier career built in finance and strategy at top-tier international firms. He started in 2002 in the M&A department at Morgan Stanley in London, where he gained strong experience in transactions, financial analysis, and deal structuring. In 2007, he moved to Orano, joining the strategy team and working on the marketing of equipment offers. At Neoen, Emmanuel Pujol has played a key role in the group’s international expansion across the Americas. He successively held Country Director roles in El Salvador, Argentina, Mexico, and Canada, giving him broad exposure to a wide range of regulatory, commercial, and operational environments. This progression highlights deep expertise in renewable energy project development, stakeholder management, power purchase agreements, and the execution of utility-scale assets. Appointed CEO of the Americas in 2023, he now oversees Neoen’s activities across the continent. In this role, he supports growth driven by solar, wind, and battery storage, which are central to the company’s industrial strategy. His responsibilities cover market development, asset portfolio optimization, long-term contract negotiation, and project delivery in complex jurisdictions. Emmanuel Pujol graduated from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, EM Lyon, and holds an MBA from INSEAD. This combination of technical, commercial, and managerial education is well suited to the demands of large-scale energy infrastructure leadership. His career at Neoen reflects a proven ability to scale international businesses in highly demanding settings while contributing to the acceleration of the energy transition in the Americas.
