He started in marketing at Robeco before joining the industrial group Cinetic, where he contributed to the consolidation of handling-equipment companies serving the automotive and airport sectors, mainly in France and Germany. This early experience helped shape his expertise in mergers, operational integration, and industrial optimization. He later took over and restructured Interspiro AB, a Swedish industrial group specialized in breathing equipment for firefighters and professional divers, before selling it to the U.S.-based Ocenco Group Inc. That transaction reflects a strong track record in turning around complex businesses, repositioning niche industrial activities, and creating value in international markets. In parallel, he was also active in real estate development and rehabilitation in Europe and the United States, reinforcing a cross-border profile and a broad business perspective.
