Sylvia Metayer is a French independent director and business leader widely recognized for her expertise in finance, corporate governance, and the transformation of large, operationally complex organizations. A graduate of HEC Paris and holder of a DESCF accounting qualification, she began her career in an auditing firm before joining Danone, where she held finance and controlling responsibilities within the pasta and ready meals division.
