Shane Grant is an international consumer goods executive best known for his senior leadership roles at Danone, where he served as Group Deputy CEO, CEO Americas, and EVP Dairy, Plant-Based and Global Sales. He joined Danone in May 2020 as Executive Vice President and CEO of Danone North America, and later expanded his scope at group level. In March 2021, he also served as interim co-CEO of Danone. From February 1, 2023, he took on responsibility for the Americas as well as the Dairy and Plant-Based categories and Global Sales. In May 2025, Danone announced that he would leave the company effective June 13, 2025, to pursue a new opportunity outside the group. Before Danone, Grant spent nearly 20 years at The Coca-Cola Company, where he held roles of increasing responsibility across marketing, commercial, and general management. His positions included leadership of Glacéau, President of Coca-Cola Canada, and President of Coca-Cola North America’s Still Beverages business unit, overseeing water, sports drinks, tea, and coffee. He began his Coca-Cola career in Sydney, Australia, and later held brand and category leadership roles across Australia, New Zealand, and globally from Atlanta. Earlier in his career, he worked at Unilever in customer leadership, supply chain, and brand management roles. A New Zealand native, he holds degrees in Business and Arts from the University of Auckland and has lived in North America since 2005. At Danone, his expertise centered on commercial execution, category leadership, regional management, and portfolio transformation, particularly across North America and Latin America.
