Quitterie de Pelleport currently holds a key position at Renault Group as Chief Legal Officer, a role she has held since February 2021. In 2008, she joined Rhodia as Corporate Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions, and in 2010 she was appointed General Counsel for Asia Pacific, based in Shanghai. These roles gave her strong expertise in acquisitions, international legal structuring, and multi-jurisdictional risk management. She later spent ten years at Solvay, where she held senior responsibilities as Head of Legal, Ethics and Compliance and Head of M&A. In those positions, she worked on governance, integrity, compliance, risk control, and the legal support of strategic transactions. Her background reflects a combination of deep corporate law expertise, practical M&A experience, and a clear understanding of how large industrial groups operate across regions and regulatory frameworks. At Renault Group, her remit is especially significant given the automotive industry’s ongoing transformation. The legal function plays a critical role in governance, compliance, disputes, transactions, intellectual property protection, and the securing of strategic decisions.
