About Kelly RICHDALE

Kelly Richdale is an international executive with deep expertise in advanced technologies, cybersecurity, digital identity, blockchain, and operational risk management. Since September 15, 2025, she has served as an independent director on Edenred’s Board of Directors, following a board co-option that is subject to ratification at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Edenred has specifically highlighted her strategic know-how in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, digital identity management, blockchain, and operational risk oversight. Richdale holds a degree from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from INSEAD, and a CISSP certification in cybersecurity. She built her career at the intersection of technological innovation and security solutions. She began by co-founding A4Vision, a company focused on computer vision and biometric security solutions, where she served as General Manager for Europe and the Middle East until 2007. After A4Vision was acquired first by Bioscrypt and then by L-1 Identity Solutions, she held a series of operational leadership roles in both companies until 2010. She then joined ID Quantique to lead the Quantum Safe Security division, placing her at the forefront of advanced cryptography and data protection. Her career also reflects a strong involvement in innovation ecosystems. From 2020 to 2022, she was part of the Swiss management team of Libra, later renamed Diem, Meta’s blockchain-based payments project. She served on the Innovation Council of Innosuisse, the Swiss federal innovation agency, from 2016 to 2023, and was an Executive Fellow at the World Economic Forum from 2023 to 2025, focusing on artificial intelligence and quantum industry transformation. Since 2021, she has been a senior advisor at SandboxAQ on AI and cybersecurity, a board member of Swiss health insurer Assura since 2022, a partner at deep-tech venture capital firm Amadeus Capital Partners since 2024, and chair of Pimloc, a company active in data protection and AI. Her background brings Edenred valuable experience in digital resilience, emerging technologies, and governance of technology-driven growth.
