Joachim Kreuzburg is a leading figure in European life-sciences governance, best known for his long leadership career within Sartorius and his current role at Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A. Since March 25, 2025, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sartorius Stedim Biotech, following his reappointment to the board for a two-year term. Kreuzburg joined Sartorius AG in 1999, was appointed to the Executive Board in 2002 at the age of 37, and became CEO a few months later.
