Christophe Merveilleux du Vignaux is a senior finance executive at Capgemini, where he currently holds key responsibilities both in corporate governance and in the transformation of the Group’s Finance function. Since May 16, 2024, he has served on the Board of Directors of Capgemini SE as a director representing employee shareholders, and since July 25, 2024, he has also been a member of the Remuneration Committee. In parallel, he has been Head of Finance Transformation since 2022, in charge of implementing the Group’s OneFinance transformation program. A graduate of HEC Paris in 1989, he began his career in 1991 at Coopers & Lybrand (PwC), first as a financial auditor and later as a corporate finance consultant. He joined Capgemini in 1998 and has built a career spanning more than 25 years within the Group. Over time, he held roles in mergers and acquisitions, business risk management, and then became Chief Financial Officer of Capgemini in India from 2004 to 2008. That international posting was an important milestone, broadening his exposure to finance leadership in a fast-growing and multicultural environment. He subsequently served as CFO of several Strategic Business Units across Europe, APAC and the Americas. In particular, he was CFO of the Americas SBU from 2016 to 2022, a role that placed him at the heart of performance management, growth execution and financial discipline in one of Capgemini’s most significant geographies. Since April 2022, he has also chaired the Supervisory Board of the Capgemini employee shareholding fund (FCPE), further reflecting his involvement in employee share ownership and governance. Overall, his profile combines deep financial expertise, broad international experience, and an extensive understanding of Capgemini’s business, operations and strategic priorities.
