Bertrand Dumazy is a senior French executive best known for serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edenred, a role he has held since October 2015. He also chairs Edenred’s Board of Directors. At the helm of the global payment and employee benefits solutions group, he combines strategic leadership, financial rigor, and operational experience shaped across listed companies and international industrial businesses. Dumazy graduated from ESCP Business School and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He began his career in 1994 at Bain & Company, working first in Paris and then in Los Angeles. In 1999, he joined BC Partners as an investment director, gaining a strong private-equity perspective on value creation and portfolio management. In 2002, he moved to Neopost, where he initially led marketing and strategy. He was later appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neopost France in 2005, and then Group Chief Financial Officer in 2008. This sequence gave him a broad command of commercial strategy, operational performance, and financial governance. In 2011, he was named President and CEO of Deutsch, a global leader in high-performance connectors, a role he held until the business was acquired by TE Connectivity. In 2012, he joined Materis, later renamed Cromology, where he moved from executive vice president to CEO and ultimately President and CEO.
