About Arnaud ERULIN

Arnaud ERULIN currently serves at Edenred as Chief Operating Officer, Benefits & Engagement, a senior role within the Group’s Executive Committee. He holds a degree from European Business School and an MBA from ESCP Europe. His career has been built almost entirely in the employee benefits and specialized payments ecosystem, an area in which Edenred has become a global benchmark. He started his career in 1993 with Ticket Restaurant® France, one of the Group’s historic activities, before taking on broader leadership responsibilities. In 2003, he was appointed Director of International Marketing and Corporate Communications at Accor Services. In 2004, he became Managing Director of Accor Services Hungary. In 2009, he was put in charge of Central Europe and Scandinavia and joined the Executive Committee of Accor Services, which later became Edenred in 2010. His background demonstrates strong international management capabilities, commercial transformation experience and deep operational leadership. Between 2014 and 2016, he was also responsible for overseeing operating synergies with UTA, helping coordinate strategic activities across different business areas. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Northern Europe, Central Europe, France and Belgium. His remit was expanded to Europe in 2018, then to Europe, Middle East and Africa in 2019. In 2022, he was named Chief Operating Officer, Benefits & Engagement Solutions, the business line now known as Benefits & Engagement. Arnaud Erulin therefore represents a combination of European market expertise, large-scale operational execution and strong customer orientation. His career at Edenred reflects his ability to support growth, manage complex multi-country environments and structure offers focused on employee purchasing power, workplace engagement and corporate performance.
