About Cinzia Tagliabue

Cinzia Tagliabue currently holds a senior leadership position at Amundi, where she was appointed CEO of Amundi in Italy in December 2024 and also became CEO of Amundi SGR. She is furthermore a member of Amundi’s General Management Committee, placing her among the group’s top executives and close to strategic decision-making within one of Europe’s leading asset managers. Prior to this appointment, she served as Head of the International Partner Networks division, following her role as Deputy Head of the Partner Networks division from 2020. In 2017, she had already been named CEO of Amundi in Italy, steadily building a broader executive responsibility within the group. Her career reflects more than three decades of experience in investment management and financial distribution. She joined Pioneer Investments in 2001 as CEO for Italy and Head of Western Europe and Latin America, after having spent over 30 years in financial services, including significant experience at UniCredit, with responsibilities spanning both the investment side and distribution channels. Amundi also states that she has worked in the investment industry since 1980, underscoring the depth of her sector knowledge and the long-term perspective she brings to asset management, client development and market strategy. Beyond executive leadership, Tagliabue has served on the board of Capital Italia SICAV and on the board of Aviva, and she is Vice President of Assogestioni, the Italian asset management association.
