Pascale Dosda is a French corporate executive and board member known for her expertise in finance, internal audit, industrial operations and human resources within Safran. Born in 1962, she spent her entire career in Snecma, now Safran Aircraft Engines, which gave her a deep understanding of the operational, social and governance challenges of a large listed industrial group. Since September 2022, she has served as International Mobility Manager within the Human and Societal Responsibilities department of Safran Aircraft Engines. Throughout her career, Dosda first worked in the Snecma Group Audit Department before taking on various roles in Safran Aircraft Engines’ Finance Department for about fifteen years. That background gave her strong command of financial control, internal controls, reporting and performance management in a highly complex aerospace environment. She later moved into industrial leadership as Industrial Director of SMA from June 2012 to December 2017, where she played a key role in managing the closure of the Bourges site and the relocation of the workshop to Villaroche. This experience is notable because it required both operational execution and careful social management. At Safran, she currently serves as a director representing employee shareholders. She is also Chair of the Safran Investissement employee shareholding fund and holds responsibilities within the central social and economic committee of Safran Aircraft Engines, reflecting her strong involvement in employee representation and social dialogue. Her board profile is especially valuable because it combines financial rigor, industrial know-how and a practical understanding of human resources issues. In governance terms, she contributes a stakeholder-oriented perspective that is particularly relevant to transformation, international mobility, workforce engagement and the balance between economic performance and employee interests. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Financial Control and Internal Audit from IAE Bordeaux and a degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Bordeaux.
