Amélie Oyarzabal is an independent director of Viridien, the Paris-listed company on Euronext Paris. She was co-opted to the Board on October 31, 2024, for the remainder of Helen Lee Bouygues’ term, running until the Annual General Meeting approving the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2027, with the appointment to be ratified at the 2025 AGM. She also serves on the Audit and Risk Management Committee and on the New Businesses and M&A Committee. She spent 16 years as a Partner at Lazard Frères, where she played a key role in launching Lazard’s Beijing office and later its Chicago office, demonstrating both transactional expertise and the ability to build international platforms. In 2019, she joined Greenhill & Co., Inc. as a Managing Director to open the firm’s French office, which she continues to lead. This combination of senior advisory experience, cross-border execution and board-level governance makes her a valuable contributor to Viridien’s oversight of risk, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and the evaluation of new business opportunities. Her profile reflects strong financial judgment, international exposure and deep experience in corporate advisory work for listed and global companies.
