Jean-Baptiste Duzan is an experienced executive and board member, best known today for his role as a member of the Supervisory Board of Immobilière Dassault SA, where he represents Horizon SAS. In this capacity, he also serves on the Strategic Committee and on the Audit, Risk and CSR Committee, which places him at the center of oversight on financial discipline, risk management and long-term strategic direction. He was first appointed on 18 March 2019, and his current mandate runs through 2028. A graduate of École Polytechnique, Duzan built his career across finance and the automotive industry. He started in 1970 at Citibank before joining Renault in 1982, where he held several senior roles: Financial Services Director of Renault VI, Chief Financial Officer of DIAC, Financial Affairs Director of Renault, and project lead for the Safrane vehicle program. From 1992 onward, he reported to Carlos Ghosn within the Renault Group, taking on responsibilities linked to corporate control, accounting and audit.
