Andrew R. Heyer is an American corporate executive and board leader known for his long track record in private equity, consumer-focused businesses, and public-company governance. He is associated with several prominent U.S. listed companies, including The Lovesac Company, Arko Corp., and OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited. At Lovesac, he serves as Chairman of the Board, making this one of his most visible current public roles.
