Angela Maria Sierra Moreno is a Colombian corporate leader and board member known for her expertise in customer management, organizational transformation, and human resources. At Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, she holds a prominent governance role as an independent director and chair of the CSR Committee, reflecting both her people-focused leadership style and her strong interest in sustainable corporate governance. Born on August 30, 1954, she holds a degree in Bacteriology from Colegio Mayor de Antioquia University in Colombia and a Master of Science degree from Ohio University in the United States. Her career initially developed in the airline and services sectors, where operational discipline, service quality, and customer-centric execution are critical. From 1995 to 2002, she served as Vice President in charge of Services at ACES, where she was responsible for initiatives aimed at changing the company’s culture in line with internal requirements and shifts in its external environment.
