Yann Leriche is the Chief Executive Officer of Getlink SE, the European infrastructure and transport group, a position he has held since 1 July 2020. He also joined the Getlink SE Board of Directors in 2021 and has served as a board member of Air France-KLM since 2023. His career has been built across transport, infrastructure, and mobility, with a strong focus on operational transformation, industrial performance, and international development. He started his career in the public sector as a project manager for road infrastructure, then moved into the construction and operation of public transport systems. He later joined Bombardier Transportation, where he was in charge of Guided Light Transit systems. In 2008, he entered Transdev as Managing Director of Transamo. He then became CEO of the German subsidiary Transdev SZ GmbH and, in 2012, Deputy Director of Transit Operations in North America. In 2014, he was appointed Group Chief Performance Officer and member of Transdev’s Executive Committee, with cross-functional responsibilities covering safety, business improvement, business development, marketing, IT, digital services, and purchasing. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Managing Director of Transdev North America, overseeing the group’s operations in the United States and Canada, covering 17,000 employees, $1.4 billion in revenue, and 100 cities and metropolitan areas served through seven modes of transport. He was also responsible for the global development of Transdev’s autonomous vehicle activities. At Getlink, he has supported the group’s growth strategy, diversification, and low-carbon positioning, particularly around the Channel Tunnel, rail freight, and related services. A graduate of École Polytechnique, École des Ponts ParisTech, Collège des Ingénieurs, and ESCP-Europe, Yann Leriche is recognized for his strategic mindset, performance-driven leadership, and ability to manage complex, capital-intensive organizations.
