Ronan Le Lan is a key figure in ARGAN’s corporate governance. He is the Chairman of the Management Board and also serves as Director of Development at ARGAN, a French listed real estate company specializing in logistics properties. His professional background is closely tied to the company’s history and expansion, as he joined ARGAN in 2001 after more than a decade in construction and property development. A graduate of ESTP Paris, Ronan Le Lan began his career at Bouygues Construction in the Île-de-France region, where he worked as a site manager, and later at Bouygues Immobilier as a project manager. This operational experience gave him a strong grasp of project delivery, cost control, scheduling, and technical requirements—skills that are especially valuable in logistics real estate. When he joined ARGAN, he initially held a project management role before progressively taking on broader strategic responsibilities. He has chaired ARGAN’s Management Board since 2003. In that capacity, he helps define and implement the group’s strategy, with a strong focus on land development, the design and delivery of large-scale logistics warehouses, client relationships, and the execution of growth projects. His expertise spans land sourcing, logistics asset development, relationships with industrial and commercial tenants, and the management of profitable long-term expansion. Under his leadership, ARGAN has established itself as one of France’s leading developers of premium logistics platforms. The company has expanded its asset base, strengthened relationships with major occupiers, and developed properties aligned with rising environmental and operational standards.
