Philippe Doublet is a French technology executive whose career sits at the intersection of information systems, digital transformation, and large-scale international operations. An engineering graduate of INSA and Centrale Lyon, he began his career in 1989 at PSA-Peugeot Citroën before joining Valeo in 1998. At Valeo, he held several international information systems roles across the United States, Mexico, and Japan. Those assignments helped him build deep experience in complex industrial environments and in leading technology teams across multiple geographies. In 2008, he joined Quadient as Chief Information Officer. There, he worked notably on the development and integration of online sales channels, reflecting an early focus on digital commerce, customer journey optimization, and IT modernization. From 2012 to 2020, he led Pomona’s digital transformation as CIO and a member of the Executive Committee. In that role, he contributed to supply chain digitization, cloud migration, and the wider adoption of an agile culture within the group. These initiatives positioned him as a transformation leader capable of aligning technology with operational performance. Philippe Doublet joined Edenred in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer for the Benefits & Engagement business line, initially covering EMEA and later operating on a global scale. In this position, he oversaw the technology dimensions that supported the successful digital transformation of this business line. Between 2023 and 2025, he also served as CTO, Americas, based in Mexico, further strengthening his international profile within the group. In January 2025, Edenred appointed him Executive Vice President, Technology, and he joined the Group Executive Committee. In that role, he is expected to play a central part in technology convergence, the acceleration of innovation, and the deployment of AI to support Edenred’s strategic execution and digital leadership.
