Pascal Grangé is a senior financial and governance executive within the Bouygues Group. He currently serves as adviser to the Chief Executive Officer, a role he has held since 1 January 2026 after nearly four decades of leadership responsibilities across the group. Born on 22 February 1961, he holds degrees in management, law and finance. He joined Bouygues in 1986 as financial manager at Dragages et Travaux Publics, and the following year moved to the group’s international finance department. His career has been built entirely within or around Bouygues’s core businesses, giving him deep expertise in finance, corporate organization and strategic execution. In 1995, he became finance director at Screg. From 1997 to 2003, he served as secretary general at Stereau, Saur France and then the Saur group, strengthening his experience in legal, financial and operational oversight in complex industrial environments. In 2003, he joined Bouygues Construction as secretary general and was promoted to deputy chief executive officer in 2008. In March 2015, he was appointed deputy chief executive officer in charge of strategy and finance, information systems, concessions and strategic thinking on property development, underlining his role in shaping the construction arm’s transformation agenda. In October 2019, he became deputy chief executive officer and chief financial officer of Bouygues SA, and in February 2021 he was named deputy chief executive officer of the group.
