Amie Thuener O’Toole is a seasoned finance and accounting executive best known for serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Alphabet Inc. Her tenure at Alphabet is notable for an expanded governance remit across the company’s “Other Bets” portfolio from 2018 to 2023, including oversight responsibilities connected to businesses such as Waymo and Verily.
