About Olivier DUVAL DU CHESNAY
Olivier Du Chesnay serves as Chief Financial Officer of Lectra SA, a position he has held since September 1, 2017. He joined Lectra in 2013 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and became a member of the company’s Executive Committee on January 15, 2019. In this role, he oversees the group’s financial functions and contributes to the rigor of management, the structuring of internal processes, and the overall financial performance of the business. His profile reflects deep expertise in management control, statutory consolidation, audit, cash flow, credit management, and change-risk management. Before joining Lectra, Olivier Du Chesnay built a strong career within major international groups. He started at Saint-Gobain as a plant controller, then spent three years at Accenture France as a consultant and project manager. He later joined Bacou-Dalloz, which became Sperian Protection, where he held a series of senior finance roles: Division Controller, CFO for EMEA in the distribution division, and Group Controller. In 2010, following Bacou-Dalloz’s acquisition by Honeywell, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Honeywell Safety Products’ Europe & Middle East division. This path demonstrates broad exposure to industrial environments, multinational organizations, and complex business transformations. At Lectra, he has been closely involved in initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and strengthening group-wide governance. When he was appointed CFO in 2017, Lectra highlighted his ability to lead process-improvement projects while coordinating the company’s financial management with rigor, efficiency, and leadership. His responsibilities are central to Lectra’s execution of its strategic roadmap. Lectra is a listed technology company serving industries that use fabrics, leather, technical textiles, and composite materials. A graduate of EDHEC and the London School of Economics, Olivier Du Chesnay combines strong academic credentials with extensive international finance leadership experience.
