Nathalie Rouvet-Lazare is a seasoned corporate leader and governance expert, currently a partner at Associés en Gouvernance and an independent director of Dassault Systèmes. She graduated from HEC Paris in 1984 and later earned the IFA/Sciences Po certified company director credential. Over more than 35 years, she has built deep expertise across corporate strategy, marketing, communications, digital transformation, and general management.
