Michel-Alain Proch is a French corporate leader widely recognized for his financial leadership across major listed companies, particularly in technology, digital services and communications. He joined Publicis Groupe in January 2021 as a member of the Management Board and became Group Chief Financial Officer in February 2021, a position he held until 8 February 2024. In that role, he led the group’s global finance organization across more than 100 countries and played a central part in supporting the strategic and financial discipline of one of the world’s leading advertising and marketing groups. Before Publicis, Proch held senior finance and executive roles at Ingenico and Atos. At Ingenico, he served as Chief Financial Officer from February 2019 until the company was acquired by Worldline in November 2020, after which he advised the chairman and CEO on the integration process.
