Laurence Paganini plays a leading role in the governance of Thermador Groupe, a listed French industrial distribution company, where she serves as Lead Director and board reference director. She was appointed an independent board member in April 2017 and became Lead Director in December 2023, placing her at the center of the board’s oversight architecture. From 2013 to 2023, she was CEO of Kaporal, where she oversaw the brand through a decade of management focused on positioning, performance and market adaptation.\n\nBeyond her company-level leadership, she has held prominent industry roles, including President of Procos, the French federation for specialty retail, from 2020 to 2023. Since 2023, she has also been Senior Advisor at TowerBrook Capital Partners. Her professional trajectory combines deep expertise in consumer-facing businesses, brand management, operational execution and board governance.
