Laurence Delpy is a French executive widely recognized for her international career across telecommunications, cybersecurity, space, and digital infrastructure. Since April 2025, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Kinéis, the operator of Europe’s first satellite constellation dedicated to IoT. Her appointment reflects a leadership profile well suited to technology-driven businesses undergoing strategic transformation, combining industrial expertise, commercial discipline, and extensive experience in managing multicultural organizations. Before joining Kinéis, Delpy led Eutelsat Group’s Video business unit from 2022 to 2025.
