Jacques-François de Prest is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of Atos SE, a role he assumed in January 2024. He joined the company at a pivotal moment, as Atos was adjusting its strategy and executing a major financial restructuring. As a member of the executive team, he has a key role in shaping and delivering the group’s financial priorities, with direct responsibility for liquidity management, balance-sheet discipline, and the credibility of the turnaround plan. Before joining Atos, he served as Chief Financial and Performance Officer at Mobivia, where he strengthened a hands-on, performance-driven finance approach. His career was built mainly in the telecommunications industry, where he spent more than 20 years in senior finance leadership roles. He held important finance positions at Vodafone and Millicom across five different countries, gaining broad international exposure and deep experience in complex, highly regulated environments. He began his career in audit before moving into financial controlling, operational finance, and group finance leadership roles. This path reflects strong expertise in reporting, performance management, financial governance, and organizational transformation. One of the most notable achievements in his career was his contribution to the successful IPO of Millicom (Tigo) on the Nasdaq in New York in 2019, demonstrating his ability to support major capital markets transactions and strategic milestones. Jacques-François de Prest is a graduate of ESCP Business School and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He is widely regarded as a finance executive capable of operating in demanding environments and leading change with a clear focus on execution.
