About Irit Hillel
Irit Hillel is an experienced business leader and investor, widely recognized for her expertise in technology, venture capital, and innovation strategy. She serves as an independent board member of PULLUP Entertainment, a role she has held since April 2022. In this capacity, she brings valuable strategic insight into digital transformation, the start-up ecosystem, and investment trends affecting creative and technology-driven businesses. Her career has been built at the crossroads of entrepreneurship, digital media, and technology investing. Hillel is a Partner at HP Tech Ventures, HP Inc.’s corporate venture arm, where she leads strategic investments and partnerships with early-stage start-ups, particularly in Israel and across international markets. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Magnolia Capital Partners, where she managed the Israeli activities of major technology-focused investment banks such as Thomas Weisel Partners and Nomura. She also led the Interactive division at Animation Lab, a 3D animation start-up backed by Jerusalem Venture Partners’ Media Hub. Earlier in her career, Hillel co-founded a PC gaming start-up that was acquired by Mattel Inc. She later led Mattel Interactive Europe, overseeing a team spread across six countries and helping bring some of the best-selling video games in Europe to market. That experience gave her a strong command of interactive content, cross-border operations, and product commercialization in rapidly evolving digital markets. Her profile also reflects substantial governance experience, including board and board-observer roles in technology and listed companies such as RADCOM and ImageSat International. Born and raised in Israel, Hillel has lived and worked in Israel, the United States, and France, which supports her ability to operate in multicultural, international environments. At PULLUP Entertainment, she adds strategic depth in areas such as innovation, value creation, and long-term growth, particularly relevant for a listed entertainment and gaming group navigating digital change and international expansion.
