About FREDERIC COIRIER
Frédéric Coirier is a leading figure in French industry and in the governance of mid-sized listed companies. He heads the Poujoulat Group, a European specialist in chimney flues, metal roof outlets and solutions linked to the energy performance of buildings. On the group’s corporate pages, he is identified as Chief Executive Officer / Président-Directeur Général, and the governance section also shows him as chairman of the board. His career is rooted in a long-standing family business. Poujoulat dates back to 1950, and the company was taken over in 1975 by Yves Coirier, Frédéric Coirier’s father, who rebuilt the business and laid the foundations for what became a leading industrial group. Frédéric Coirier has continued that family-driven trajectory, with a strong emphasis on long-term value creation, local roots and intergenerational continuity. The group notes that the family remains part of the shareholder base and that the company has retained its family identity over time. Under his leadership, Poujoulat has pursued a strategy centered on innovation, industrial investment and diversification.
