About Christine Dubus
Christine Dubus is an independent director of Peugeot Invest and Chair of its Audit Committee. Based on the company’s governance disclosures, she was appointed to bring deep expertise in audit, internal control, governance and financial analysis to a listed investment company with a family-controlled shareholding structure.
