About Arnaud PONROY
Arnaud PONROY is a French business executive whose career combines industrial leadership, entrepreneurship, and investment management. He is best known today for serving as a director of REALITES, where he joined the board following the shareholders’ meeting of 15 May 2020. His role is part of the company’s broader governance framework, which was strengthened to support its growth and strategic transformation. PONROY’s background is rooted in science and business. He studied biotechnology engineering at AGRO PARIS TECH and later earned a CESMA MBA from EM Lyon. He began his professional career as a Sales Engineer at International Flavors & Fragrances from 1992 to 1995, gaining early exposure to international commercial environments and industrial markets. He then moved into executive leadership by taking the helm of PONROY Santé in 1996, a group active in natural health products, baby hygiene, and organic/natural cosmetics. He led that business until 2016, a two-decade period during which he would have overseen growth, product positioning, industrial execution, and brand development. Since January 2017, Arnaud PONROY has been the manager of AZIMUT, an investment and financial holdings company.
