Antoine Onfray currently holds a central leadership position at ATLAND. He was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer on October 3, 2023, and his role was further strengthened with an appointment effective January 1, 2026. In this capacity, he coordinates the ATLAND Group’s operational and strategic activities, working closely with Georges Rocchietta, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the implementation of the strategic roadmap, the improvement of operational performance, and the Group’s commercial and international expansion. His career has been built across listed real estate, asset management, and structured finance. An engineer by training, Antoine Onfray graduated from ENAC and ISAE-SUPAERO, with a specialization in finance and markets. He began his career in 2007 at Société Générale’s General Inspection. He then joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he held responsibilities in financing, treasury, and investor relations from 2010 to 2016. He later became Deputy CFO at Eurosic, before moving to Groupe PAREF, where he successively served as Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining ATLAND, he was Chief Financial Officer of Tikehau Capital and head of the group’s structured credit business. At ATLAND, Onfray was initially brought in to strengthen the finance, corporate, and strategy functions, with a mandate to support the Group’s growth in France and internationally. The appointment was presented as a way to reinforce governance and back the ambitions of a listed real-estate operator active across the full value chain. His elevation in 2026 confirms the board’s confidence in his ability to unite teams and execute a more integrated growth strategy. He also plays an important role in shaping new business lines, particularly through Aedgis, ATLAND’s private real-estate debt platform launched in 2025. As a member of Aedgis’ strategic committee, he supports the development of tailored financing solutions for professional investors and European real-estate operators. This reflects his expertise in financing, structuring, and capital allocation, as well as a deep understanding of both real estate and financial markets.
